Podocarpus Bonsai Tree, botanical name Podocarpus macrophyllus, comes from Podocarpaceae family. Native to Japan and China, this evergreen can be grown indoors or outdoors. It is grown for its slender trunk, leathery dark green pointed leaves and edible fleshy fruits. Can be used for variety of different bonsai styles.
