Pomegranate Bonsai Tree, also known as Punica Granatum, belongs to Lythraceae family. Native to Iran, Pakistan and India, this tree can be grown indoors or outdoors. It gained popularity mainly because of its delicious round fruits, which have a thick reddish skin and water-laden pulp (the aril). This edible pulp ranges in colors from white to dark red. Other features of this tree are opposed narrow leaves and bright red beautiful flowers.
